At Smith Teamaker, we strive for excellence in every cup; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened tea and non-perishable accessories. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea tins or sachets unless there is a quality defect.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our hospitality team within 30 days of receipt with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unopened items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our Portland atelier.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to the address provided by our support team.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method, typically appearing within 5-7 business days.
